Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Website Content Management:

• Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage text, images, videos, and other media elements on the website.

Design and Layout:

• Create and optimize web page layouts using Webflow to enhance user experience.
• Design visually appealing web elements, graphics, and icons consistent with brand style.

User Experience (UX):

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve website UX, navigation, and accessibility.
• Implement best practices for website performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness.

Webflow Expertise:

• Utilize Webflow to build, edit, and maintain web pages.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth website operation.

SEO Optimization:

• Implement SEO best practices to improve website search engine visibility.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and user engagement for data-driven improvements.

Content Creation:

• Create and edit content, including blog posts, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Ensure content is SEO-friendly and aligns with brand tone and messaging.

Collaboration:

• Coordinate website updates and campaigns with marketing, design, product, and development teams.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to maintain a cohesive web presence.

Position Requirements:

• Degree in web design, graphic design, computer science, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in web design and content management, with a portfolio of past work.
• Strong proficiency in Webflow and understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Knowledge of web design principles, UX, and SEO best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and project management skills.
• Graphic design skills and experience with design tools like FIGMA or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
