Trail of Bits seeks a Technical Editor II who demonstrates exemplary writing, editing, communication, and analytical skills and possesses a foundational grasp of cybersecurity principles or extensive experience within another technical discipline.
Our team consumes, produces, and presents research as a natural part of doing business. When we make new discoveries or developments, we strive to share our knowledge and release our tools as open source. Your role will ensure the high quality of client deliverables and published content for our software assurance offerings (appsec, blockchain, cryptography, AI/ML) by working closely with security engineers, leveraging your exceptional writing, editing, and critical thinking skills.
Reporting Manager: Lead Technical Editor
The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $140,000, excluding benefits and potential bonuses. Various factors influence our salary ranges, including the specific role, level of seniority, geographic location, and the nature of the employment contract. An individual’s specific work location, unique skills, experience, and relevant educational background will determine the final offer within this range. The presented salary range encompasses the starting salaries for all U.S. locations.
