Sr. Strategic Manager, Commercial Partnerships Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead early-stage strategic selling activities for assigned healthcare systems.
• Drive new business sizing opportunities and enhance the early-stage sales process.
• Position Shields to health system C-suite stakeholders and pharmacy department leadership.
• Manage front-end of strategic BD sales process to increase opportunities via data sharing.
• Build strategic client relationships, positioning Shields as an integrated Specialty Pharmacy partner.
• Identify sales improvements, measure analytics using Salesforce, and refine lead qualification.
• Optimize sales processes for productivity and efficiency gains.
• Lead prospecting phase to engage key decision-makers at targeted healthcare systems.
• Represent Shields Health Solutions at industry events and track key sales metrics.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of sales/business development experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Ability to translate sales strategies into actionable processes.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills up to VP+ level within healthcare systems.
• Demonstrated sales performance and ability to influence prospective clients.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
