Sr. QA Automation Engineer (JavaScript) at NTD Software Full Time

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Participate in agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
2. Write and implement test plans for various platform components.
3. Conduct black-box release testing of new features.
4. Perform regression testing of existing features.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test/deploy scalable, high-performing solutions.
6. Actively engage in agile processes: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement of team’s processes, tools, technologies.
8. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, best practices to enhance product quality.

Requirements:

1. Experience in designing/building products from ground up, ideally in startup/dynamic environment.
2. Self-starter with strong ownership, can manage tasks independently, deliver high-quality results.
3. Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
4. Proficient with QA automation tools.
5. Solid understanding of SQL, HTML/CSS3, JavaScript, Python.
6. Experience writing/implementing comprehensive test plans.
7. Minimum 4 years of professional QA engineering experience.
8. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
9. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills for diverse, globally distributed teams.
10. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
11. Knowledge of agile methodologies and applying them in real-world projects.
