Sr Customer Success Manager, Gaming Full Time

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as strategic advisor for gaming merchants.
• Become an expert on Trustly’s solutions.
• Monitor sales and performance metrics.
• Define partnership objectives with merchants.
• Ensure deployments lead to sustained value.
• Analyze and interpret merchant performance.
• Defend Trustly value proposition.
• Build and deliver data and financial models.
• Conduct regular business reviews.
• Share merchant feedback with internal teams.
• Keep up with industry trends.
• Mentor Customer Success Managers.
• Travel up to 25%.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years in Customer Success or related fields.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts.
• Familiarity with digital Gaming space.
• Manage multiple client interactions.
• Experience with complex technologies.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong closing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and analytical mindset.
• Proven ability to deliver results under pressure.
• Experience with data platforms like Tableau and SQL.
