Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for two pet niche brands, including content creation, user-generated content (UGC), engagement, and community management
  • Manage all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with the brand’s image and voice
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices in the pet industry
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with overall brand and marketing goals
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to create and promote content
  • Manage and schedule regular posts and maintain a consistent posting schedule
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proven experience as a social media manager, preferably in the pet industry
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with a passion for pets and pet-related content
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of content creation, user-generated content, and engagement strategies
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Availability for 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate the needs of the brands
  • Must have a dog and a genuine interest in pet supplements and pet fashion brands
