Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Draft social media posts for principals across platforms
• Research trending news and data for social posts
• Conduct social listening and timely news updates
• Create polished assets and videos for social channels
• Monitor and analyze social metrics for content strategy
• Work on communications and writing projects as needed
• Compile and edit briefing materials for principals

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in social media management and executive communications
• Expertise in writing inclusive and compelling social media content
• Personal avid user of social media
• Ability to respond to timely moments with a unique perspective
• Deep understanding of social media metrics per platform
• Fast learner with strong organizational skills
• Excitement about crafting content aligned with principals’ style

• Base salary: National Band $100,000-$108,000; Bay Area/NY Metro Band $112,000-$120,000
