Our Sales team gains an understanding of who our customers are, what their businesses do, and how Jobber can help them succeed, to turn leads into advocates.
They all have an incredible passion for sales, our customer, and a connection to our purpose. This team is focused on delivering on the promise to make small businesses more successful, and they celebrate, motivate, and challenge each other daily. They also want to see each other be successful, through regular 1:1’s which focus on performance, coaching, and long-term development – which is where this role comes in.
The role:
As the Senior Manager, Sales you will be responsible for cultivating a culture of excellence, growth, and achievement within our sales teams.
You will use your extensive sales experience and coaching skills to consistently level up your team, develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers, drive revenue growth through new and existing channels, and expand Jobber’s presence in the market.
With a focus on data, you collaborate with Senior Leadership on annual plans for your functional area and lead quarterly execution. Your success is measured by your ability to develop excellent managers, teams, sales people, and processes that meet and exceed new customer acquisition and revenue targets.
