Senior FP&A Manager at Cypress Creek Renewables Full Time
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead annual budgeting and financial modeling.
- Prepare consolidated reporting and variance analysis.
- Develop and implement monthly forecast management.
- Provide insights for financial performance optimization.
- Collaborate with accounting and operations teams.
- Manage technology tools for finance transformation.
- Conduct monthly P&L reviews and ad-hoc reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
- FP&A and accounting experience in renewables.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of financial systems like Intacct or Oracle.
- Strong communication and team interaction skills.
