What you’ll be responsible for:
As part of the Policy team, you will be a part of a risk analysis function that identifies and reviews current trends in the ecosystem and develops solutions to detect and mitigate risks that may impact trust and safety. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with large data sets to identify the real-world threats surrounding Circle and USDC. The candidate will exhibit strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams, and a rigorous, analytical and strategic approach to problem solving. They will also be comfortable deep diving into new product functionality to evaluate and understand the impact to existing policies and systems. Finally, the ideal candidate is a highly motivated, inquisitive individual with a background in countering illicit finance, who enjoys analytical challenges and developing new policies and procedures.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range: $102,500 – $137,500
Annual Bonus Target: 12.5%
Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
