Lead the Physical Security team in identifying, developing, and deploying security technologies and processes.
Implement comprehensive visibility technologies and alerting processes across Cloudflare’s corporate environments and data centers.
Develop and communicate executive protection strategies for Cloudflare leadership.
Ensure regulatory compliance for physical security across multiple countries and regions.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the security program.
Monitor current events and weather to assess impact on Cloudflare’s operations and personnel.
Develop key results and metrics, and regularly communicate them to Cloudflare leadership.
Occasionally travel, including internationally, for site evaluations and other security-related purposes.

Strong, proactive communication skills.
Expertise in creating physical security site plans for corporate locations, data centers, and personal residences.
Knowledge of contemporary security technologies.
Experience working with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
Ability to provide risk-based guidance for corporate travel and events.
Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
Experience developing and complying with security policies, standards, and processes.
