Purpose of the Position:
The Sales Director for BeNeLux, Nordics, Baltics, and the UK (SDRU) plays a pivotal role in the company’s growth strategy. This role is responsible for driving sales across all product lines within the company portfolio by formulating and executing sales plans aligned with our strategic objectives. The SDRU will focus on expanding our market share within the region by leveraging both new and existing customer accounts, achieving growth through geographical expansion, and enhancing our sales networks in current markets. This position requires extensive travel and high mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership Team Contribution: Support the company in achieving defined goals and collaborate to continuously improve results.
Sales Objectives: Set sales targets in line with company strategy by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; project expected sales volume and profit for both new and existing products.
Sales Programs & Plans: Develop and implement regional sales programs and plans through field sales actions.
Market Analysis: Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing by staying current with supply and demand, market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities; provide organized feedback.
Pricing Strategy: Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and market dynamics.
Operational Management: Fulfill regional sales operational requirements by scheduling, assigning, and following up on employees’ work results.
Staff Management: Collaborate in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training national sales staff; maintain job results through counseling, disciplining, planning, monitoring, and appraising performance.
Professional Development: Stay updated on professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and building personal networks.
Team Contribution: Support team efforts by achieving related results as needed.

Experience: 5+ years in a similar role within B2B companies, particularly within the sector of the IRCA Group.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential; Flemish is advantageous.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
