Sales Contractor – Healthcare Technology Solutions at Salesfolks Temporary

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities in the hospital healthcare sector
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators and IT managers
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our healthcare technology solutions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and collateral materials
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of healthcare technology and software solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

Benefits:

• Compensation:
  • Commission payout is 20% per sale
  • Monthly retainer of $7500 for 160 hours of work per month
  • Average sales value ranges from $3500 to $25000
  • Typical sell-in cycle time ranges from 2 to 7 months
• Competitive compensation package with a blend of a monthly retainer and commissions.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE) is a minimum of $140,000 and higher depending on experience.
