Job Responsibilities

• Account Management:
  • Build rapport with clients and understand their business needs.
  • Manage a portfolio of 20-25 mid to large-scale clients across various industries.
  • Demonstrate success through ROI reporting and achieving client objectives.
• Content Strategy:
  • Consult, develop, and maintain comprehensive content marketing strategies for clients.
  • Conduct research, interpret statistical reporting, and present strategic recommendations.
• Revenue Retention and Growth:
  • Retain clients within your portfolio and expand account base.
  • Develop and sell strategies that align with client business objectives.
  • Create statements of work (SOWs) to support client needs and objectives.
• Project Management:
  • Collaborate with content creation teams (editorial, graphics, video, social media) and web integration teams.
  • Implement strategies that deliver strong ROI and meet client objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in Account Management and/or content marketing/SEO strategy.
• Strong understanding of content strategy and UX best practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
