Remote Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service-Utah Only Full Time
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers with product/service issues and concerns.
- Document call-related information for auditing.
- Update customer information as needed.
- Upsell new or enhanced services to current customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Professional, courteous, and customer-oriented.
