Regional Risk Manager Europe 80 – 100% (f/m/d) Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Participate at Risk reviews for the responsible region and ensure that all risks have been identified and assessed; mitigation actions have been defined at the tendering stage.
• Participate in project reviews and transfer Lessons Learnt from project execution within HUB/Region to new tenders.
• Drive ERM activities and integrate ERM with Business RM.
• Operate an effective internal control framework.
• Increase collaboration between HUBs, educate/provide training on Risk Management.

Requirements

• Operational knowledge and expertise in Risk Management process and HE Framework and Tool.
• Business knowledge: Technical (review of Business knowledge, i.e., Product and/or Service) and Execution (holistic view capacity of Risk manager in real-life execution).
• Behavioral skills to fulfill Function targets, support business, and facilitate change/improvement to meet Stakeholders expectations.
• Educational background in Engineering, Commercial, Legal, or Finance.
• Over 10 years of working experience.
