We are looking for a passionate individual to join us as a Promotions Manager at 3 Oaks Gaming.

Requirements

Have experience in managing promotions in the gaming/casino industry;
Be comfortable setting up campaigns in the back office;
Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and possess;
Be an experienced marketer, with a well rounded skill set, including CRM;
Have a passion for data-driven research and analysis;
Have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills;
Have the ability to set and control tasks for designers, gamedev and other departments;
Be very comfortable working to tight deadlines, and multitasking;
Be very self driven and highly motivated;
Be an excellent team player.

Responsibilities

Planning, creating, designing and announcing contests, tournaments, including back office mechanics and other promotional tools;
Maintaining a full calendar of events;
Coordination of promotional materials – liaising with the Art team to ensure timely delivery;
In depth monitoring, analyzing and reporting on the performance of events to make considered recommendations for future activities;
Managing your customers and developing productive relationships;
Ensuring promotions are fully compliant, in conjunction with our Compliance team;
Website/presentation editing.

You will work closely with

Our Promo Unit Team Lead, Promo tools Product Owners, and our Content Delivery Managers.
