Job Overview
The Product Manager is primarily responsible for driving the growth and evolution of online learning products through ownership of the product roadmap based on a deep understanding of the external learner needs and business strategy. Further, this position partners to support Learning Management System configuration, reporting and analytics, ongoing learner account management, integrations, and system documentation to ensure delivery of the eLearning content. Through these efforts, Water.org will have dynamic, functional, robust eLearning products that simultaneously meet the needs of our partners and the organization.

Product Management & Optimization
Guides and manages the lifecycle of eLearning products or feature enhancements, including developing product concepts and designs to facilitate market needs and user requirements in alignment with the business strategy. Utilizes data analytics and tools to gather insights, track key metrics, and recommend informed decisions to improve product performance and drive user adoption continuously.
Learning Management System Administration
Manages external-facing LMS including configuration, integrations, instance management, content management and version control, learner registration, learner troubleshooting support, etc. Maintains relationship with LMS vendor support and customer success, ensuring project and technical requirements are delivered and new features are reviewed for potential adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement
Engages with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and ensure alignment throughout the product life cycle. Partners with leadership to provide performance reporting and to recommend changes to the product strategy, organization, product roadmap and approach to execution. May participate in cross-functional workgroups, projects, and committees.

Salary/Benefits
This position offers a base salary range of $80,000-$95,000.Base salary may be flexible based on skills, certifications, location and/or qualifications. In addition, this position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan up to 15%. This position offers full-time benefits inclusive of medical/dental insurance, life and disability insurance, retirement program, paid time off, paid holidays and more as well as periodic review for merit and incentive pay based on organizational and personal achievement.
