You will have a central role on this team, helping us imagine the next set of products we’ll launch, collaborating with the team on strategy for those new products, and bringing them to market. You will also lead iterative improvements within the existing suite of products. This is a highly cross-functional role, where you’ll be collaborating with teams across the organization from sales and business development to customer success to marketing and engineering.
Utilize deep knowledge of the health care segment’s buyer personas, user personas, healthcare stakeholder structure, market, competition, and technology to identify segment use cases and develop a product vision to serve those use cases.
You are someone who can *really* understand and connect with our customer – you’re deeply empathetic when it comes to understanding consumer psychology, needs, and behaviors. You’re a collaborative and communicative team player who enjoys working and driving projects, and works cross-functionally with a wide range of personalities.
