Product Manager (F/M/D) Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Continuously gather customer and stakeholder feedback, and derive insights from data.
• Prioritize opportunities according to impact on business objectives, effort and confidence, and facilitate roadmap discussions.
• Own the product discovery process to create solutions that solve customer problems and deliver business value.
• Translate solutions into requirements and work as a product owner with a scrum team to drive implementation and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Shape our product vision and contribute to the development of the company strategy.
• Mentor more junior product people in our team.
• Evangelize a modern product mindset across the company.
• Evolve the product discovery and delivery process across teams by implementing best practices and valuable frameworks.
• Support in growing our product and technology team.
• Establish and maintain effective collaboration with other departments.

Requirements

• Deeply passionate about publisher tech or ad tech.
• Able to drive requirements across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Outgoing and open-minded person who can motivate a team to go the extra mile, same as you do.
• Able to think highly analytically and creatively, and combine both.
• Strong project manager with a proven track record of delivering world-class products; experience in leading cross-functional project teams in an agile environment, is a must.
• Entrepreneurial minded, with a hands-on mentality, stress resistance and passion to solve big challenges in a simple way. Working experience in startup environments is highly appreciated.
• Excellent in communication (fluent in verbal and written English, German is a plus).
• +4 years of experience in a Product Manager role and a total of +8 years of working experience in relevant roles.
• Experience in product management for web applications.
• Strong understanding of complex technical architectures of modern web applications. It comes natural to you to discuss topics on a technical level with engineers.
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative product research and testing. You have previously conducted interviews, user tests and A/B tests to inform your decisions.
• Strong customer empathy, with an ability to transform complex data and customer insights into a prioritized roadmap.
• Experience working on AI first products and in highly regulated industries is a big plus.
