Manager, Sales Engineering – Strategic Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Sales Leader to evaluate and prove the value of solutions.
• Lead and manage a team of sales engineers, setting goals and providing mentorship.
• Collaborate with sales team to meet customer requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept trials.
• Design customized solutions and develop technical proposals.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and provide ongoing technical support.
• Stay updated with industry trends and provide feedback to product management.
• Create and maintain technical sales collateral and track key performance metrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in Sales Engineering Leadership for Strategic accounts.
• 4+ years experience as a Sales Engineer in Strategic accounts.
• Expertise in container technologies, cloud technology, and cloud security.
• Familiarity with sales frameworks like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
• OTE between $265,000 – $300,000 (based on experience/location).
