Manager, People Operations Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Lead People/HR Operations programs: Employee Experience, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, Performance Management, Compensation, HRIS.
• Develop and implement HR operational programs and processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with global employment laws and HR standards.
• Manage employee relations, performance issues, benefits, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Oversee HR tech stack and manage IT-related matters for People Operations.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years in People Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS management.
• Experience in international HR, compliance, and startup environments preferred.
• Project and program management skills with a focus on execution.
