Licensed Medicare Sales Agent (TX) at Clearlink Full Time

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and revenue by assisting customers in making healthcare decisions over the phone.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals.
• Complete transactional sales through closing.
• Adhere to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Marketing Guidelines and company policies and procedures.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on and close business.
• Other duties and projects will be assigned as needed.

Requirements:

• MUST CURRENTLY HOLD AN ACTIVE HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSE.
• Minimum of 1 year AEP Experience in the last 2 seasons.
• Experience selling Medicare Advantage & Medicare Supplement/Medigap is preferred.
• Experience selling Individual and/or senior insurance products via the telephone.
• Excellent computer software skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Project and Internet skills).
• Strong communication skills.
• High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Must be flexible in hours you are able to work (possible weekends).
• Overtime, including weekends, may be required throughout the duration of AEP.
