Sales and Enablement at Brex

What you’ll do
Reporting directly to the VP of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for leading a team and maximizing the success of Brex’s sales and customer success teams. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can design and execute enablement strategy and programs, with tools and training that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the GTM organization.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $154,400 – $193,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
