IT Support Engineer (100% Remote) at Sterlington Full Time
Job Duties:
- Maintain Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) & Mobile Device Management.
- Manage Microsoft Azure and AWS infrastructure.
- Administer MS Office 365 applications.
- Monitor infrastructure health.
- Coordinate with external vendors.
- Maintain IT reports & dashboards.
- Onboard new users/partners.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- IT Support/Helpdesk & System Administration experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 administration.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience with Teams, SharePoint.
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, MCITP are a plus.
