Our consultancy is looking for highly motivated and talented Business Analysts with an insurance industry background. We are looking for peak performers who have a passion for business, a joy in solving problems and a work ethic that doesn’t rest until the job is done.
Ideal candidates will combine understanding of insurance business with technical and analytical methods to generate a variety of materials that support the implementation / modification of small, medium or large-scale systems throughout the organization. This person will serve as a liaison between the business community and both internal and external technical teams. They will work closely with business units, subject matter experts and technical resources to identify, analyze, validate and verify business requirements to satisfy business automation needs and priorities. Experience in Workers Compensation Insurance is a plus.
