Hiring Success Manager (EoR) Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of employees for onboarding or offboarding via Remofirst platform.
• Provide insight on employment in the country of hire and ensure compliant hiring.
• Update and maintain internal platforms and resources related to onboarding/offboarding.
• Provide feedback on Remofirst platform to the Product team.
• Manage and resolve service issues related to Remofirst services.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Support/Customer Success, ideally in SaaS.
• Experience in global HR, Payroll, or Global Mobility.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and compliance in global hiring processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Motivated and passionate about the mission of Freedom of Work.
