Head of Engineering – Web3 at Career Renew Full Time
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee the engineering function to build useful, fast, scalable product
- Have ownership over growing the engineering team from the ground up, be responsible for hiring and evaluating candidates, and the engineering recruiting funnel
- Be an active voice in product discussions, and help translate product priorities to engineering priorities.
- Be a key member of the leadership team, and work closely with the co-founders and heads of other departments
- Help produce clearer engineering levels and growth paths, and mentor other engineers
Requirements:
- Based in San Francisco
- Previously built and managed high-performing engineering teams in the past
- Strong experience and knowledge of the crypto space
- Experience in hiring leading talent
- Experience in system design, technical architecture, planning projects, and developing internal processes
