JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a seasoned Google Ads and Meta Specialist to join our team and drive our digital advertising strategy. As the newly acquired business expands, your role will be pivotal in adapting and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns specifically tailored to our client’s unique needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns for our salon suite client, focusing on local targeting within an eight-mile radius and create campaigns for other various clients.
  • Customize ad strategies to promote rental services rather than traditional product sales, showcasing our client’s unique business model effectively.
  • Implement innovative approaches to maximize ad performance and ROI, demonstrating flexibility in campaign optimization.
  • Oversee conversion tracking and optimization despite challenges with tracking tools on non-traditional web pages (e.g., splash pages).
  • Manage Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall digital marketing strategies and client objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably for local businesses with specific geo-targeting needs.
  • Expertise in adapting Google Ads strategies beyond standard service-oriented campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation for rentals or similar non-traditional services.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel for effective conversion tracking, even in non-standard web environments.
  • Certification in Google Ads or equivalent qualifications demonstrating deep understanding of platform intricacies.
  • Experience with Meta advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and their respective ad management tools.
  • Ability to pivot strategies quickly and effectively based on campaign performance and client feedback.
