Responsibilities

• User Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies tailored to the Central African market.
  • Utilize online/offline channels for campaigns, including social media and community events.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on data analysis.
• Community Engagement:
  • Lead community actions to build and nurture a strong user base.
  • Organize local events, meetups, and forums to educate users about LemFi.
  • Establish relationships with influencers and organizations to expand LemFi’s presence.
• Partnership Development:
  • Identify and establish partnerships to drive user growth.
  • Manage partnerships to ensure mutual benefits and successful collaborations.
• Market Research and Insights:
  • Conduct market research to understand Central African market needs and behaviors.
  • Provide insights to refine LemFi’s offerings and messaging.
• Brand Advocacy:
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting LemFi’s mission and values.
  • Engage with various communication channels to enhance LemFi’s visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in user acquisition, community engagement, or marketing, preferably in fintech or remittance.
• Strong understanding of the Central African market and cultural nuances.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and strategic problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Self-motivated and proactive with ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English and French.
