FHA/VA+SAR/USDA Government Underwriter Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate mortgage loan documents.
- Make independent loan decisions.
- Verify credit, income, assets, and property.
- Utilize FHA, VA, USDA/RD guidelines.
- Maintain communication with all parties.
Requirements:
- 2+ years DE and SAR Underwriter experience.
- Proficiency in FHA and VA guidelines.
- Understanding of federal and state mortgage laws.
- Knowledge of DU/LP/TOTAL Scorecard.
