Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence in both English and German.
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Flexibility in managing other ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and German is essential.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
