Enrollment and Service & Support Quality Assurance Specialist-1 (Contractor) Full Time
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and evaluate Enrollment and Service & Support employee calls and interactions.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and accurate information provision.
- Provide actionable metrics and reports to internal support groups.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 2 years of call center, quality assurance, or sales experience OR equivalent.
- High-speed internet (50Mbps download, 10Mbps upload), Ethernet connection preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office environment.
