EAP Consultant at Lucet Full Time
Job Duties:
- Provide EAP services: counseling, training, referral, and follow-up.
- Promote EAP program/services.
- Offer critical incident response, psychological first aid.
- Provide consultation via call center.
Responsibilities:
- Consult/train USPS and union leadership.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling in-person/telephonically.
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality.
- Adhere to company mission and values.
Requirements:
- Master’s/doctorate in clinical mental health.
- 5+ years clinical experience post-graduation.
- Current state license/certification in mental health.
- Ability to conduct bio-psychosocial assessments.
- Experience in phone/video counseling.
- Valid driver’s license, insurable.
