We are looking for a high-energy eCommerce Catalog Merchandiser who will be  the mastermind behind our online store’s presentation, ensuring a seamless and delightful shopping experience for our customers. In this role, your focus will be on organizing and optimizing product listings, making sure they are visually appealing and easy to browse for our online shoppers. You’ll play a crucial part in our sales strategy by strategically arranging products, creating eye-catching promotions, and analyzing sales data to make informed decisions.

Collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams, you’ll contribute to the overall success of our eCommerce business by driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and staying ahead of market trends.

• Curate and maintain the product catalog, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.

• Optimize product listings for search engines and users by implementing relevant keywords and compelling product descriptions.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and promotional updates.

• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to make data-driven decisions for improving sales and visibility.

• Implement merchandising strategies to showcase products effectively and drive customer engagement.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns and seasonal trends.

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling by strategically placing related products.

• Stay updated on industry trends and eCommerce best practices to continually enhance our catalog’s competitiveness.

• Provide insights and recommendations for product assortment based on market demands and competitor analysis.

• Support the team in launching new products and managing inventory levels effectively.

• Work towards enhancing the overall user experience by optimizing product categorization and navigation.

• Engage in A/B testing and experimentation to optimize product layout and presentation.

• Respond promptly to any customer inquiries or concerns related to product information.

• Regularly review and improve product images, videos, and other multimedia assets to enhance product visibility and appeal.

• Increased Average Order Value (AOV) through strategic merchandising tactics.

• Achieved improvement in click-through rates (CTRs) on product listings.

• Boosted conversion rates through effective product placement and merchandising strategies.

• Improved overall customer satisfaction scores based on catalog enhancements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Proven experience in eCommerce merchandising for at least 2 years, preferably in the retail or online marketplace sector.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Excellent understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization (optional)

• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

• Familiarity with product photography and visual merchandising concepts.
