This is a remote based position with up to 25% travel.
Summary:
As a donor base intelligence manager, you will be responsible for analyzing the interaction of our donor base with our digital tools, such as our website, donor app, social media profiles, CRM and donor care system. You will provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize each platform and influence donation behavior. You will also collaborate with other teams to design and implement effective digital campaigns and strategies to grow our donor base and increase engagement and retention.

Pay scale of $101,539.25 – $152,309.45 per year for California and Washington, $88,295.00 – $132,443.00 for Colorado, Maryland, and New York, depending on training, education and experience. This position is eligible to participate in up to 8% of the company bonus pool. We offer benefits including medical, PTO, up to 5% 401K match, and tuition reimbursement.
