Director of Product, Patient Experience at Headway Full Time

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Craft delightful, data-driven product experiences to ensure patients get high-quality care quickly.
• Develop a vision and strategy for engaging and supporting patients throughout their mental health journey.
• Work closely with design, engineering, data, and other cross-functional partners to learn and ship quickly.
• Understand and embody the voice of patients while guiding a team of PMs to build and iterate on products for the patient journey.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience building net new consumer products.
• 2+ years of experience managing people (B2B2C product experience a plus).
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Possess deep user empathy and intuition on user needs.
• Innately curious and eager to test and learn from user responses.
• Exceptionally high bar for building incredible user experiences.
• Results-driven with a passion for making an impact on Headway’s mission.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: Starting salary for Director of Product, Patient Experience is $290,000.
