Who You Are
You are motivated by building things from the ground up. You are comfortable in ambiguity while taking an active role in bringing clarity and order in a dynamic environment. A “full stack” marketer, you are equally adept at strategy and rolling up your sleeves to get things done. And you are excited to share in Evergreen’s purpose to make healthcare work as it should for people living with kidney disease.
Does this sound like you? If so, keep reading!
Who We Are
Evergreen Nephrology partners with nephrologists across the country to provide individuals living with kidney disease a value-based, person-centered, holistic, and comprehensive approach to kidney care. We are committed to improving their quality of life.
Our collaboration with nephrologists focuses on serving the needs of patients across the full care spectrum. We do this by tailoring care for each patient based on their unique needs, ranging from delivery of care and education to coordinating transportation to dialysis and other social determinants of health that can delay patient care and treatment.
Your Role
You will report to the President or designee and will serve as the driver of marketing operations across the organization. This role will be the point of contact and hold marketing and brand vendors accountable to meet the needs of the business. The ability to quickly understand value-based care, stakeholder relationships and the importance of effective patient engagement will be key to serving in this role effectively. Internal functional areas you will work with routinely include field operations, central operations, strategic operations, clinical innovation, legal and advocacy, growth, and physician partners. Externally, you will be the interface with organizations like branding website design agencies and mail house and supply vendors.
