Desktop Administrator at AMT Engineering Full Time

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the installation of all desktop computers and applications.
• Document and manage the asset management system repairs and maintain computer and other hardware assigned.
• Maintain and install computer applications and support users within the organization.
• Provide support within Helpdesk with support tickets and calls.
• Provide technical support to all users from various departments.
• Work with IT team on software testing, deployment, and implementation.

Requirements:

• Associates degree (Minimum) or equivalent education / experience.
• 2 to 5 Years of ACEC Industry experience.
• Working of Autodesk, Bentley, and ESRI applications.
• Excellent communication skills and technical expertise.
