Customer Success Manager Full Time
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs
- Drive upsell opportunities with key accounts
- Collaborate with Sales on expansion and cross-sell initiatives
- Advocate for customer needs to the Product team
- Convert active customers to new SaaS subscription model
Requirements
- 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in HealthTech/MedTech
- Experience with B2B SaaS and quota management
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Totango preferred)
- Track record in renewal and expansion strategies
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder accounts
