Universal Biosensors (UBI) is a world leading, publicly listed Australian company (ASX:UBI) which develops, manufactures and sells biosensors for use in several industries around the world. Our biosensor technology has been used in more than 10 billion measurements for blood glucose monitoring and blood coagulation in diabetes and coagulation patients worldwide. More recently, we have pivoted our technology into non-medical products, including SENTIA™ for the global wine industry and PETRACKR™ for the veterinary domain. In addition, we continue to develop new applications for our technology within human health with the next generation of coagulation monitoring device, Xprecia Prime™ now available for sale in EU.
What you will do
UBI is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team. This is a new role added to expand our Sales & Marketing team, working with our EU sales team, to support and respond to customer needs while creating continuous repeat product purchase pipeline and addressing any basic technical queries on our devices.
As the Customer Care & Inside Sales Specialist, you are the primary contact for EU customer enquiries and part of the wider EU team supporting selling activities across all our product lines.
Who you are
We are looking for a customer-focused, results-driven and proactive candidate who is degree-qualified in Business/Marketing or customer service related studies (or similar). You’d have at least 2 years’ experience in similar customer support and/or inside sales role. Experience with CRM software/application would be essential. Ideally located in near our warehouse in Amsterdam.
