Responsibilities:
- Manage cash and crypto assets, ensure security and liquidity.
- Develop risk management framework, mitigate financial risks.
- Own relationships with banks, exchanges, market makers.
- Forecast cash and crypto flows, maintain liquidity.
- Execute payment cycles, ensure timely, accurate payments.
Must-haves:
- Deep interest in blockchain technology.
- Experience securely managing a crypto treasury.
- Design and implement treasury operations processes.
- Comfortable with remote work, proactive, detail-oriented.
Should-haves:
- Experience in high-risk banking relationships.
- Developing and maintaining treasury models.
- Interacting with DeFi, bias towards automation.
