Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build Compliance systems and infrastructure.
- Enhance KYC Customer Risk Scoring models.
- Investigate issues and fix bugs.
- Write clear documentation for regulators.
- Deliver accurate reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally.
- Design and build self-service dashboards.
- Produce Data Extracts for Compliance stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of technology experience.
- Strong SQL, Python, and/or Go skills.
- Knowledge of BSA/AML compliance, KYC, and risk rating.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Quick learner with a keen interest in crypto.
