Associate, Crypto Product Operations at Wealthsimple Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver frictionless, reliable, accurate, and timely client experiences across Wealthsimple’s Crypto products.
• Manage projects from ideation to completion, collaborating with Product Ops management, Finance, Data, Compliance, and Engineering teams.
• Address deviations in processes, working closely with Finance, Data & Reconciliation teams.
• Facilitate effective communication across internal stakeholders, external vendors, regulators, and auditors.
• Strengthen internal controls, mitigate risks, and scale processes within the Crypto Product Operations team.
• Ensure processes, controls, and reporting adhere to regulatory standards in collaboration with Compliance & Finance teams.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of demonstrated success in brokerage operations, accounting, startups, or related operational roles.
• Strong curiosity to uncover root causes and expand knowledge.
• Proactive and action-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Experience in highly collaborative environments with strong interpersonal skills.
• Efficient in producing significant output with minimal wasted effort.
• Clear and effective communicator across diverse audiences.
• Integrity and commitment to doing what is right.
