Account Executive (Canada) – 202405 at Digify Full Time

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sell Digify products to SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers.
• Develop connections with prospective customers over phone or video calls.
• Qualify and understand prospective customers’ needs.
• Recommend solutions and conduct live demos.
• Receive customer feedback and communicate to product and marketing teams.
• Capture customer interactions in CRM and update trends and statistics.

Requirements:

• Strong track record of selling SaaS or cloud software products.
• Strong sales qualification skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Ability to educate and sell simultaneously.
